How it works
When the oil press is running, the processed materials enter the pressing chamber from the hopper. Under the rotation of the screw shaft, the embryo is constantly pushed inward to squeeze out the oil. On the one hand, the root diameter of the screw shaft gradually increases and the pitch gradually decreases. In this way, when the material moves in the pressing chamber, the volume is constantly compressed and the pressure is constantly increased, which meets the pressure required for the oil to precipitate. On the other hand, because the embryo is constantly moving in the pressing chamber of the oil press, under the condition of high pressure, a large friction resistance is generated between the embryo and the screw, and between the embryo and the pressing chamber: at the same time, the screw thread makes the embryo turn outward while pushing forward, and the material layer close to the screw thread surface can also rotate with the pressing shaft. In this way, each embryo particle in the pressing chamber does not move at the same speed and in the same direction, but there is relative movement between the particles. The heat generated by the movement meets the heat required for the oil pressing process operation, which helps to promote the thermal denaturation of protein in the embryo, destroy the colloid, increase plasticity, reduce the viscosity of the oil, make it easy to precipitate, and thus improve the oil output rate of the oil press.
